The rebranding of Rappi Ads focused on redefining the visual and communicational identity of Rappi's B2B platform, the most important delivery startup in Latin America. Rappi Ads is the tool that allows Rappi's clients to create ads, manage campaigns and access detailed data on the performance of their advertising actions within the platform. The new brand proposal was designed to reflect efficiency, modernity and proximity to the user, aligning its visual identity with the platform's innovative features.

Rappi Ads was operating in a highly competitive market where companies are constantly looking for more effective ways to connect with their audiences. Lack of brand clarity and poorly differentiated visual communication prevented Rappi Ads from standing out as a key tool for businesses. The region presents a diverse cultural scenario, with companies looking for fast, efficient advertising solutions with tangible results data. The need to establish a strong identity that captured the dynamism and technology of the Rappi ecosystem, while maintaining a close connection with the end user, was essential to position the platform as a benchmark in the digital advertising space.
Through a strategic branding approach, a fresh, dynamic and functional visual identity was created, designed to reflect Rappi Ads' ability to make highly effective and personalized advertising tools available to its users. The logo was simplified and modernized, using vibrant colors and a clear typography that communicates accessibility and approachability, with a visual approach that highlights the speed and efficiency of the platform. In addition, a graphic system was incorporated that facilitates the integration of the brand in multiple formats, from digital interfaces to printed pieces.

The brand narrative was revamped to emphasize the value proposition: “It's knowing, what, when and where”, a direct and clear message that communicates the platform's ability to deliver accurate data and relevant advertising strategies. The visual and communication solution was designed to generate an immediate connection with the user, providing confidence and optimism about the possibilities offered by the platform. This rebranding not only strengthened Rappi Ads' identity, but also set a clear path for its expansion and growth in the digital advertising market in Latin America.
